Well we started off the New Year with the New Year's Day Open. Twenty one peoples fished, coming out on Top were Capt. James Mayuex and Ricky Weaver with 22# 2nd went to Capt. Tag, Capt. Troy Wood, Brad McBride, and myself with 20#, Jay and Bobby got 3rd with 19#. All fish were caught on soft plastics in 4-6 ft. of water over shell. Fishing has been really good between fronts so give us a call and start the new year off with a tight line. Capt. Burl

Merry Christmas to Everyone!!!!! If you haven't heard fishing has been very good in Trinity Bay recently. Capt. Tag has been putting his people on good numbers of big trout on Maniac Mullet and Topwaters drifting in 3 -5 ft. of water. I've been fishing a little deeper water with soft plastics doing really well on trout and reds. Watch the weather and try to get in a trip between fronts!!! Capt. Burl
